Aw2 Networks International Company Group is a Multi- National Media Based Technology Company, It owns various different networks throughout the world and TV Networks (Most recently the A-Player Platform). As of June 2009, Aw2 Networks Media will become a separate entity with Aw2 Networks International Company Group being the Holding Company.
About the Company
The Company over the years has expanded vastly creating a powerful online portal to give access to a 'Universal Brand'. Starting up as a Software Firm with Aw2 Explorer 6 the company then began purchasing Entertainment based Businesses such as 'Box Play' now A-Games.
On July 9th 2009 to celebrate the incorporation of the company the group changed its European (Excludes Worldwide) Trading name to Aw2 Networks Limited 'Global Reach.. Global View'
The biggest acquisition was the OYV-TV Network back in 2006 which was then transformed into the Aw2 Networks Broadcasting Network, Expanding to now 4 TV Channels with over 400 Hours of On Demand TV Shows. The company was granted 7 Licenses to Broadcast Live TV but decided to test its On Demand Network for Download TV via A-Player Duo. In 2009 the company bought out its partner of the A-Player Platform which is now solely owned by the company.
The Company has expanded from its Software Production Unit to a Fully standalone Service Provider, With the release of Aw2 Networks Mail the company saw growth in profits and partnerships with new companies leading to a bigger network.
In 2008 the company began to purchase licenses to become a International player in the Communications field and was granted a Full License in the UK and Telecommunication / Broadcasting License International. This would be the companies first attempt to gain customers away from its Online Parent.
During 2009 the Director of New Services 'Anthaeus Weir' was appointed as the Director of Aw2 Networks Media, It started operations on the 5th May 2009 and by July 9th 2009 had obtained 2,500 Customers.
After its Purchase of iTrax LLC the company decided to partner with Social Danger to spread its Aw2 Explorer Software, In the last quarter of 2008 the contract expired and Social Danger was bought for a undisclosed amount and re-organized as Social Danger LLC.
Once Aw2 Explorer was fully developed from version 13, It included Site Safer Technology and was built upon by Aw2 Networks Explorer Software Team. Site Safer became apart of the Network in the beginning of 2009.
Aw2 Explorer is a web browser that started the company and is at the core of the everyday growth of the company, More than 30% of the Entire companies work force force on Aw2 Explorer, Winning Awards and a huge User Base the browser is the most valued part of the company in terms of the History of the Company.
